  • What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
    Pressure washing uses high force to clean tough surfaces like concrete. Soft washing is a low-pressure method ideal for delicate areas like roofs and siding. We recommend the best option based on your property.
  • Do you work on both residential and commercial properties?
    Yes. While we specialize in residential homes, we also provide services for small businesses, storefronts, and commercial exteriors.
  • Is TAL licensed and insured?
    Absolutely. We are fully licensed and insured to operate in Florida, which means your property is protected and you're working with a professional.
  • Will you damage my paint, plants, or surfaces?
    No. We use surface-appropriate pressure levels, professional-grade equipment, and take care to protect landscaping, fixtures, and delicate areas during every job.
  • Do I need to be home during the service?
    Not necessarily. As long as we have access to water and the areas being cleaned, you don’t need to be present. We’ll confirm everything beforehand and send you updates if needed.
  • How do I get a quote?
    You can call, text, or use our contact form. For faster quotes, send us photos of the area you'd like cleaned and tell us what you need. We usually respond within 24 hours.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, Zelle, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise arranged.
